Purchase

After the customer's purchase, there will be a final and binding agreement between the customer & Glitter Me DK when the customer's order has been confirmed by Glitter Me DK. Glitter Me DK will send an order confirmation to the customer via email when the order has been accepted. The receipt for the order, which is received immediately after the customer submits the order, acts as an order confirmation.

 

Prices

All prices are stated including 25% VAT, other taxes and excluding shipping. The applicable price is the one stated on Glitter Me DK's online shop for the product in question on the date of the order. Glitter Me DK reserves the right to change prices that may have been incorrectly stated on Glitter Me DK's online shop. Glitter Me DK also reserves the right to change prices as well as to change fees and/or other costs stated on Glitter Me DK's online shop at any time, e.g. due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and charges, increasing costs or as a result of the normal development in retail prices based on January 2019 prices in Denmark.

 

Payment

Glitter Me DK accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. The payment will be debited from the customer's bank account when the order has been processed. All amounts are in Danish Kroner and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

 

Processing and preparation of orders

When purchasing Design your own! Wear the LOVE! brand products, the buyer should expect 3-5 business days as preparation time, as the product is print-on-demand.

When purchasing the rest of Glitter Me products, Glitter Me DK strives to ship the order as soon as possible - usually the same day after the order is placed. For orders placed on weekends, during Christmas sales and clearance periods, the delivery time may take longer.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Glitter Me DK stocks all the items the customer finds on the website. The customer can see the stock status under each individual product. 

Shipping prices are from 37 DKK or free when picked up in Roskilde. Your items can be sent with DAO or Bring as a package. Please note that your order will be delivered according to DAO and Bring delivery terms.

If the package is sent with DAO or Bring and is not picked up within the stated collection time period, the package will be returned to Glitter Me DK, which will cancel the customer's order and deduct a fee of DKK 49 for the return postage in Denmark. The same applies if the customer refuses to receive the package because they have regretted their purchase. Glitter Me DK ships to all of Denmark.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Glitter Me DK's right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The customer can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. The customer must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/fault. Glitter Me DK will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted. The message must be given via the contact form . When returning, making complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, the product is sent to:

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased online at Glitter Me DK. The 14 days come into effect from the date the customer receives their goods. It is a prerequisite that the purchase is returned unused and in the original packaging. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the customer receives their goods and then returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal. The notification must be given via the contact form . In the message, the customer must clearly state that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the customer wishes to return the item to Glitter Me DK, please note that the customer will cover the return costs.

NOTE: The customer cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying the customer. If the customer chooses not to receive the shipment, please note that Glitter Me DK will deduct both the price of delivery and return shipping from the purchase amount, as these are external costs.

 

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Goods where the seal has been broken.
  • Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

 

Return

When returning the product, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged. The customer must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The customer bears the risk of the product from the time of delivery until Glitter Me DK has received the return. Glitter Me DK does not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. The notification must be given by the contact form .

 

Condition of the item upon return

The customer is only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, the customer can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store. If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used. This means that if the customer cancels the purchase, they will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, the customer must try the goods without actually using them.

 

Refund

If the customer regrets their purchase, they will of course get their money back when Glitter Me DK receives the goods back. Unfortunately, the customer will not be refunded the delivery price, as it is an external cost. The customer must remember to keep their receipt for delivery to the post office or similar, as proof that they have sent the goods back.

The customer is asked to send bank information in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk via the contact form , as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. MobilePay is also an option. Glitter Me DK may withhold the refund until the item has been received back.

 

Copyright

All image and text material on Glitter Me DK and design material for Wear the LOVE! brand is subject to protection under the Copyright Act and may not be used in violation thereof. Violation thereof may result in a claim for an injunction as well as claims for compensation, remuneration and reimbursement. Furthermore, other rights are reserved under other relevant intellectual property legislation, as well as rights under the Marketing Practices Act.

 

GDPR/Personal Data Security

To make a purchase at Glitter Me DK, the following information is required:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email

The collection of this information is necessary for Glitter Me DK to deliver your goods to you. These details are securely registered and stored in our system for future purchases. Information such as name, address, country, phone number, and email provided to Glitter Me DK will be shared with the shipping provider Coolrunner in connection with the dispatch of your order.

Third parties are used for the processing of:

  • Your payment information – Shopify Payments
  • Your delivery information – Coolrunner/Homerunner
  • Handling of email newsletters – Shopify & Google Mail

When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your consent, so you are informed about exactly which information is being collected and why.

According to data protection laws, your personal data must be stored securely and confidentially, which is why we store your information in our systems, to which unauthorized parties outside of the company do not have access.
